Oululainen Reissumies Gluten-Free Really Dark is a gluten-free dark archipelago-style portion bread. Bread’s dark but soft taste comes from gluten-free malt extract and syrup that gives the bread just the right amount of sweetness. Delicious enjoyed as such but it also goes well with a variety of toppings. Try also to toast the bread! Baked in a gluten-free bakery in Lahti.

Whole grain buckwheat (45 %)(flour, flakes, crush), water, syrup, teff flour, tapioca starch, molasses, potato flakes, rapeseed oil, gluten free BARLEY malt extract, vegetable fibres (psyllium, potato, bamboo), iodized salt, yeast, thickener (E410), preservative (E282), flavour.
