Reissumies Really Thin Rye is 100% Finnish, thin wholegrain rye bread made with a real sourdough starter. The grain used is 72% wholegrain rye.
Ingredients
Whole grain RYE flour, crushed RYE and RYE bran (56 %), WHEAT flour, water, yeast, potato flakes, iodized sea salt. 72 % of the grain in bread is whole grain rye. Baked with sourdough.
