A French round pastry gluten free base made from real butter for both savoyry and sweet treats. The pastry bases, which can be stored at room temperature, are free of additives and colourings. The structure of the bases withstands even moist fillings. The diameter of the base is approx. 85 mm and the height is approx. 20 mm.

Potato starch, BUTTER (25%), corn starch, water, sugar, EGGWHITEPOWDER, free range EGG, dextrose, rice starch, salt, caramelized sugar, thickeners (E461, E412), raising agent (E450, E500), emulsifiers (E475, E471), inuline.
