A completely new type of bread product for modern sandwich serving. A product where combines the fluffiness of a croissant, the taste of real butter, whole grain and crispness of the seeds. Decorated with flax and sunflower seeds as well with oatmeal. Does not contain artificial colors or flavors.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, BUTTER 19.5%, wholemeal WHEAT flour 10.5%, seeds 5% (sunflower, brown flax, poppy seed, yellow flax), yeast, sugar, WHEAT gluten, salt, EGGS, OAT flakes, emulsifier: E472e, flour treatment agent : E300, enzyme. May contain soya lecithin and nuts.
