Brown-Sandwich is a tasty sliced sandwich whose slice size is approx. 12 x 12 x 1.1 cm (approx. 30 slices of 30 g), so it is suitable for e.g. triangular and open sandwiches. A less salty bread baked in Finland, in which, in addition to wheat and rye flour, rye malt gives flavor. Store thawed bread at room temperature, shelf life 4 days.
