Pre-baked, soft and fluffy pan pizza base with a diameter of 22 cm and a thickness of about 1.5 cm. The base, baked in Finland, is unseasoned and stays melted for 2 days at room temperature.

Preparation instructions (Fin) | Levitä jäisen tai hiukan sulaneen pizzapohjan päälle haluamasi täytteet. Paista 225-250°C:n uuninlämmössä, kunnes pinta on kauniin värinen. Paras tulos saadaan voidellussa pizzapannussa, pizzapohja ei saa koskettaa suoraan uunin arinaa, joten käytä tarvittaessa ritilää alla.Valmistusarvot ovat ohjeellisia. Pohja säilyy sulaneena 2 vrk huoneenlämmössä. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Lägg på (fryst eller tinad) pizzabotten fyllningar enligt tycke. Stek i 225-250°C varm ugn tills ytan har fått en vacker färg. Bästa resultatet fås i en smord pizzapanna. Pizzabotten får ej röra ugnens galler. Tillverkningsvärdena är vägledande. Upptinade produkten kan förvaras i rumstemperatur 2 dagar. |
