Sliced rye bread is baked in Finland on an authentic sourdough base. Rye accounts for 99% of grain raw materials. Slice size 9 x 9 cm, thickness 9 mm. One loaf contains an average of 29 slices (34 g) including the end pieces. Rye casserole is rich in fiber and meets the criteria for the Heart Label.
