A split bagel-shaped, gritty multigrain bun (90 g) is great for stuffing. There are 15 pss x 3 pcs = 45 pcs in the sales lot, so it makes it easier to use even a smaller amount at once. A wheat bagel baked in Finland also has e.g. flax and sunflower seeds, soybean meal, millet, oats and rye. A multigrain bagel is a good source of fiber.
