SBS Tanskalainen Ruisleipä is a tasty, soft Danish-style rye bread with lots of grains and seeds. Baked with rye sourdough. The bread is moist and keeps well.
Ingredients
Water, sifted RYE flour 27%, RYE kernels 12%, whole grain RYE flour 8%, sunflower seeds 6.5%, flax seeds 6.5%, BARLEY malt extract, iodized salt, rapeseed oil, syrup, yeast, BARLEY malt flour, sourdough culture, enzyme (WHEAT). Rye 99% (EU) of the grain ingredients. The product contains 47% rye. Extra salted.
