Gluten free versatile bread baked from sourdough. Roast, freeze or eat as such. A combination of high quality ingredients like linseed, sorghum, quinoa, sunflower seeds and chestnut flour give bread its great taste and texture. Being so rich in fibers bread allows energy and vitality to flow for whole day, at breakfast, lunch, dinner and between meals.
