Vaasan Omena-murupulla is a premium style wheat bun with a tasty apple-cinnamon filling and oat crumble on top. Baked in Joutseno bakery in Lappeenranta.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, sugar, apple 6%, vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed), EGG, yeast, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, modified potato and corn starch, glucose syrup, coconut oil, corn flour, thickener (E404), emulsifiers (E472e, E471), stabilizer (E412), flavours (vanilla, vanillin), pea protein, preservative (E202), colour (E160a), flour treatment agent (E300). Ingredients for crumble coating (Sweden): WHEAT flour, palm fat, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, malted BARLEY flour. May contain traces of almond, milk, soya. Product contains apple-cinnamon filling 11% (Finland).
