Vaasan Iso Kaura-pellavaruutu is a soft sliced bread with high fibre content baked with oat, rye and wheat grain together with flax seeds. This bread is a real healthy choice.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, whole grain OAT flakes 22% (Finland), wholegrain RYE flour, yeast, sunflower seed, WHEAT GLUTEN, linseed 1%, iodised salt, OAT bran 0,5%, rapeseed oil, flour treatment agent (E300). 51% of cereal based raw material is wholegrain and product contains 33% wholegrain.
