| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Laita jäiset munkit rasvatulle alustalle. Sulata 1–2 h huoneenlämmössä tai yön yli kylmiössä. Munkit voi nostattaa vasta, kun sisus on sulanut. Nostata 60–90 min nostatuskaapissa (33–36 °C, r.H. 70–75%). Ota munkit ulos nostatuskaapista 15 min ennen uppopaistoa, jotta munkkien pinta ehtii hieman kuivahtaa. Uppopaista n. 180°C rasvassa. Sokeroi paiston jälkeen. |
