| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Sulata yön yli kylmiössä (n. 4°C) tai 2-3 h huoneenlämmössä. Nostata n. 60 min nostatuskaapissa (35-37°C, r.H. 70 %). Lämmitä uuni 220°C. Laita leivät uuniin ja höyrytä muutaman sekunnin ajan. Laske lämpötila 180-200°C ja paista 23-26 min. HUOM! Kokeilemalla löydät uunisi parhaan paistoajan ja -lämpötilan. Kypsän tuotteen paino noin 540 g. |
| Preparation instructions (Swe) | Tina över natten i kylrum (ca 4C°) eller 2-3 timmar i rumstemperatur. Jäs/heves ca 60 min i jässkåp/heveskap (35-37°C, ca 70% fuktighet). Värm ugnen till 220°C. Ställ in brödet och tillför ca 1 sek ånga/damp per plåt som ska bakas/stekes. Sänk temperaturen till 180-200°C och grädda/stekes i 23-26 min. OBS! Gräddningstider/steketider och temperatur är riktvärden beroende på ugn. Vikt bakad/ ferdig stekt produkt: ca 540 g. |
