Vaasan Kotipulla is a preproven classic wheat bun for baking different kinds of sweet buns, for example the Shrovetide bun with pearl sugar. Baked in Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, sugar, EGG, vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed), yeast, rapeseed oil, cardamom, salt, emulsifiers (E472e, E471), thickener (E412), flavour, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of milk, almond, soya.
