Castello Minimix is a delicious assortment of the best Castello cheeses in mini size. The assortment includes two Castello blue cheeses and three different-flavored cream cheeses: lime and coconut, pepper and pineapple-almond cream cheese. A perfect assortment of cheeses in mini size, for example for picnics, birthday parties, or dinner parties. If you wish, you can also find all Castello Minimix cheeses in larger sizes.
