Arla Pro crème fraîche 28% is a crème fraîche developed for professional kitchens, ideal for both hot and cold dishes. The creamy, full-bodied sour cream brings delicious flavor to sauces, casseroles, soups and stews. Also works on its own or as a seasoned sauce, for example, as a companion to fish dishes.
