The traditional Greek cucumber-yugurt salad tzatziki is perfect for bread or dip. Also try as a side dish for meat, fish or vegetable dishes or as a filling for pita bread. Filos tzatziki is made of thick and full-bodied drained yogurt, as well as fresh cucumber and garlic.
