Viinitarhurin juustossa näkyy aidon käsityön ja osaamisen jälki. Siitä me olemme erityisen ylpeitä. Juustoa kypsytetään kahdeksan kuukautta, jonka aikana sitä harjataan Torresin Sangre de Toro –punaviinilla. Maultaan Viinitarhurin juusto on monikerroksinen ja voimakas. Juuri niin kuin juuston kuuluukin. Viinitarhurin juusto sopii erityisen hyvin käytettäväksi esimerkiksi salaateissa, sellaisenaan juustotarjottimella ja ruoanvalmistuksessa.
