Valio Alppi Kreivi® that is matured for a long time is a hearty and multidimensional Bergäse – our cheese masters have matured it for at least eight months. This gives the cheese its nuanced taste that is perfectly edgy. The history of Bergkäse-type cheeses goes back to the Middle Ages. Eat it as it is, on a cheese platter, or even in a fondue.
