There is only one Valio AURA®, a Finnish blue cheese with a unique flavour that we have enjoyed since 1935. Valio AURA® blue cheese is creamy, rich and suitably salty, and can be enjoyed as it is, on bread, crackers or, for example, on thin rye chips. The versatile blue cheese also adds flavour to cooking. In addition to the block, Valio AURA® comes in a handy crumbled form.
