Valio Eila® lactose-free skimmed sour milk is made from fresh Finnish milk through fermentation. Skimmed sour milk is suitable as a drink with a meal or snack as it is, or you can try it in smoothies as well. The taste of Valio Eila® sour milk is slightly less sour than regular skimmed sour milk. All Valio Eila® products are suitable for a lactose-free diet.
