Valio Keisarinna® is the only one of its kind: a mature, semi-hard enjoyable cheese that has the same refined caramellike and fruity taste as hard Italian cheeses. Its structure is wonderfully firm and crystalline, yet elastic like Gouda. The delicious crystals of the cheese are amino acids that are produced when the cheese is matured over a long period of time. An excellent choice for a cheese platter. Serve with honeyed almonds, for example.
