Valio Oltermanni® is the most popular tilsit type cheese in Finland, especially for families with children. In addition to the original favourite, there is also a less salty version that has the same familiar taste, even though the cheese is only 0.9% of salt. The lower salt content can be achieved when some of the normal salt is replaced with Valio ValSa® milk salt, i.e. natural minerals in milk. All Valio Oltermanni® cheeses are made from Finnish milk and do not contain additives. The ultra-thin slices are ideal for sandwiches, rarebits, gratinating or just eaten as such. Available in blocks and slices.
