Valio Polar® 15% is a light cheese with taste and character. We have made a less salty version of the familiar favourite that still has a strong flavour, even though the cheese only has 0.6% of salt. The lower salt content can be achieved without compromising flavour when some of the normal salt is replaced with Valio ValSa® milk salt, i.e. natural minerals in milk. Valio Polar® 15% ValSa® has been granted the Heart symbol, and it is rich in protein and calcium. Available in blocks and slices.
