Valio Polar® 9% processed cheese is a light and pleasantly spreadable cheese with a strong and fresh flavour. It is a lighter choice for bread and melts beautifully also in soups and sauces. Valio Polar® 9% processed cheese contains only 9% fat, but it still brings pleasant richness to sauces and fillings, for example.
