Valio Viola® lemon is a fresh, citrusy fresh cheese that is flavoured with real lemons and lemon peel. It mixes beautifully with different doughs and masses, bringing a sharpness to cheesecakes and frosting, for example. Perfect for baking and desserts, it also spreads softly on toast or a cracker. All Valio Viola® cream cheeses are lactose free and suitable for everyday use and special occasions. The range includes savoury, sweet and light options.
