Preparation instructions (Fin) | Valmistus 1. Kaada tarvittava määrä kylmää maitoa korkeaan astiaan. 2. Sekoita joukkoon sopiva määrä jälkiruokajauhetta. 3. Vatkaa seosta sähkövatkaimella tai tehosekoittimella noin 5 minuuttia korkealla nopeudella, kunnes mousse saavuttaa kermaisen koostumuksen. 4. Jaa annoksiin ja jäähdytä vähintään 1 tunti. Huomio: Kun valmistat suurempia määriä, 5 minuutin vatkausaikaa korkealla nopeudella on noudatettava tarkasti optimaalisten tulosten saavuttamiseksi. 900 g jälkiruokajauhetta 2 litraan maitoa = noin 48 annosta à noin 60 g. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Tilberedning 1. Häll den erforderliga mängden kall mjölk i en hög behållare. 2. Rör i lämplig mängd dessertpulver. 3. Vispa med en mixer eller blender i cirka 5 minuter på hög hastighet tills moussen når en krämig konsistens. 4. Dela upp i portioner och kyl i minst 1 timme.
