These delicious pastries are baked with Finnish ingredients and real cream cheese. Under the crispy crust there is a softly rich lemon-flavored cream cheese filling and inside the pastry is a bluberry jam heart. The base of the pastry is the oat cookie from our own bakery and the white icing on top.
