Kartanon suklaakakku on suklaan ystävän unelma. Kakun pinta on viimeistelty samettisella suklaakuorrutteella ja koristeena on kuivattua mustaherukkaa, joka tuo kakkuun hienostunutta vivahdetta. Tämä herkku sopii monelle, sillä se on laktoositon ja gluteeniton. Kakku on leikattu 8 palaan. Yhden palan paino on noin 90 g.
