Authentic Italian, mostly handmade salted caramel ice cream. The ice cream contains caramel syrup and the surface is covered with crunchy caramel grits. High quality and affordable. Made from milk, contains less fat than ice cream. The dense structure typical of gelato does not contain as much air as regular ice cream. The serving temperature of gelato is lower than normal ice cream (around -15 degrees). Gluten free.
Ingredients
Rehydrated skimmed MILK, sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, BUTTER, dextrose, CREAM, cocoabutter, caramelized sugar 0,9%, Bourbon vanilla extract, salt, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids),thickeners (sodium alginate, locust bean gum, xanthan gum), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). GLUTEN FREE. May contain egg, soy, tree nuts and peanuts.
