Authentic Italian, largely handcrafted hazelnut chocolate ice cream. The ice cream contains gianduia syrup and is decorated with roasted whole hazelnuts. High quality and affordable. Made from milk, contains less fat than ice cream. The dense structure typical of gelato does not contain as much air as regular ice cream. The serving temperature of gelato is lower than normal ice cream (around -15 degrees). Gluten free.
Ingredients
Rehydrated skimmed MILK, sugar, coconut oil, HAZELNUT paste (4,5%), glucose-fructose syrup, cocoapowder (2,9%), glucose syrup, whole roasted HAZELNUTS (2%), BUTTER, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fattyacids), thickeners (sodium alginate, locust bean gum), flavourings. GLUTEN FREE. May contain eggs, soy, other tree nuts and peanuts.
