Preparation instructions (Fin) | Sekoita ainekset kylmään (alle +6 °C) laktoosittomaan maitojuomaan ja vaahdota voimakkaasti noin 10 min. kunnes seos on ilmavaa. Kaada mousse tarjoilukulhoon tai pursota jälkiruokamaljoihin. Anna olla kylmässä n. 1 tunti - vuorokausi, riippuen kulhon suuruudesta. Pienissä kulhoissa mousse ehtii hyytyä ja maku tasaantua nopeammin. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Blanda ingredienserna i kall (under +6 °C) laktosfri mjölk och vispa kraftigt ca 10 min tills blandningen blir luftig. Häll moussen i en serveringsskål eller spritsa den i efterrättsskålar. Låt stå kallt ca 1 timme - 1 dygn, beroende på skålens storlek. I små skålar hinner moussen stelna och smaken utjämnas fortare. |
