Rice vinegar is the most important ingredient in making sushi rice. It is mixed with sugar and salt, then added to season sushi rice and bind rice grains. The product is also perfect as a base for marinades and various WOK sauces. Mix the product with, for example, soy and lime for a classic Japanese sauce.
