Rhode Island sauce is an American classic salad dressing. It is especially suitable for fish and seafood salads, but also to season traditional green salad. Casa Gourmet Rhode Island sauce combines the gentleness of mayonnaise with the hotness of chili sauce. The sauce is creamy and acidic in taste, orange-tinting red in colour and creamy and slightly grainy in texture, which brings a wonderful nuance to the composition.
