The white balsamic dressing has a milder and sweeter taste than the dark balsamic, which makes it versatile in use. The pale balsamic color is pale yellow, so it does not mask the original color of the food. Light balsamic sauce is excellent as a salad dressing and especially in fruity and green salads. It is also great for marinating meat, fish and vegetables, giving them a refined taste. Also use in seasoning sweet desserts.
