Dansukker Vaalea Siirappi on maultaan hieman karamellimainen, mieto sokerisiirappi, joka sopii sellaisenaan kastikkeeksi mm. jäätelölle, ohukaisille, marjoille ja muille jälkiruoille. Kokeile myös luonnonjogurtin ja marjojen kanssa. Vaalea Siirappi sopii myös leivontaan ja ruoanvalmistukseen sekä juomien makeuttamiseen. Kiteytymisen estämiseksi Vaaleaan Siirappiin on lisätty pieni määrä tärkkelyssiirappia. Tärkkelys on valmistettu maissista tai vehnästä, mutta se on niin puhdistettu, että se ei sisällä enää gluteenia.
