Caramelized condensed milk, i.e. dulce de leche, is a ready-made thick custard that you can use as is. You no longer have to boil an unopened can of condensed milk for hours in a pot, but pre-caramelized condensed milk makes baking easier and saves time. Try an easy banoffee tart or use caramelized condensed milk as a dessert sauce. The finished kinuski is well suited for icing cakes and cupcakes or as a filling. Try caramelized condensed milk also in boston cake with lingonberries.
