Elovena Wholegrain Oat Flakes are also available as an organic option. Oats have a mild flavour, are very versatile and have fantastic nutritional value. Wholegrain oats contain a wide range of nutrients, including beta-glucan, which helps control cholesterol levels. Oats also contain protein and fibre, which is good for the stomach. In addition to traditional porridge, you can also use these high-fibre oat flakes in many other dishes and baked goods. The product is made in Finland from Finnish oats.
