Kimchi is a trendy Korean cabbage salad made from fermented Chinese cabbage. In addition to Chinese cabbage, Euro-East Kimchi uses carrot, radish, onion, Gochugaru chili and garlic. The slightly fiery and sour taste makes the salad irresistible. Kimchi prepared by fermentation does not use any additives or preservatives. Kimchi is suitable for eating on its own or for adding to various dishes such as rice, stews, omelets, soups, woks and bowls. Try Kimchi also with hot dogs and hamburgers.
