Friggs Iron + C Vitamin Effervescent, Blackcurrant. Iron promotes the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and promotes the normal functioning of the immune system. Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet dissolved in a glass of water.
