Friggs Iron + C Vitamin Effervescent, Blackcurrant. Iron promotes the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and promotes the normal functioning of the immune system. Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet dissolved in a glass of water. The stated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Excessive use can have laxative effects. Contains sweeteners. The dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
