Herkkumaa’s Devil’s Red Pepper Jam is delicious with almost any dish. Use this delicacy as a sauce or an accompaniment to meat or fish, or try it in sandwiches, toasties and panini. The jam is fortified with jalapeño and puts the finishing touches to halloumi, chicken and steaks.
Ingredients
Paprika (31%), sugar, water, paprika 13% (pepper, citric acid), jalapeno (water, jalapeno, spirit vinegar, salt), acidity regulator (calcium chloride), red wine vinegar, modified cornstarch, salt, vinegar, preservative (potassium sorbate).
