Chinese specialty from canton. It has a delicate taste and resembles a condensed spice broth. This dark, aromatic oyster-based sauce enriches the food with a slightly sweet and salty uami. The oyster sauce has a tradition in the Chinese kitchen from the late 19th century, and it is still an integral part of it, and also very popular in European kitchen.
