Preparation instructions (Fin) | Valmistus yhtä 1/1 65 mm GN-vuokaa kohden: Kaada 4 l kylmää vettä sekä pussillinen risottoaineksia (1,75 kg) GN-vuokaan samalla hyvin sekoittaen. Kypsennä uunissa höyrytoiminnolla ensin 15 min. Peitä vuoka kannella ja jatka kypsennystä höyrypaistolla (160°C, 50 % kosteus), 10 min ajan. Ota vuoka uunista ja anna risoton vetäytyä kannen alla n. 30 min ennen tarjoamista. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Tillagning i en 1/1 65 mm GN-form: Häll 4 l kallt vatten samt en påse av risottomixen (1,75 kg) i en GN-form under noggrann omrörning. Koka i ugnen med ångfunktion i 15 minuter. Täck sedan formen med locket och fortsätt tillagning med kombifunktion (160°C, 50 % fuktighet), i 10 minuter. Ta formen ur ugnen och låt risotton stå under locket i ca. 30 min före servering. |
