Kastike on löysää. 3. Kaada kastike vuokaan kerroksittain lasagnelevyjen kanssa. (Alin ja ylin kerros kastiketta). Ripottele vuoan pinnalle juustoraastetta ja kypsennä 175 °C 30-35 min. GN-vuoka 1 Jauhelihaa 1 kg KNORR Lasagnekastike 4 L Jauhetta 360 g Vettä 2 L Maitoa 2 L KNORR GN-Lasagnelevyjä 12 st Valmista Lasagnea* 6 kg *incl 200 g juustoraastetta per vuoka. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Tillagning: Lasagne: 1. Bryn köttfärs 2. Rör i torrvaran och tillsätt vatten och mjölk. Rör til en slät sås. Koka upp under omrörning och låt sjuda i 3 minuter. OBS! Såsen ska vara tunn. 3. Varva sås och 4 lager lasagneplattor i ett bleck (understa och översta lagrat ska vara sås). Strö över riven ost och gratinera i 175 °C 30-35 minuter.
