Leader Performance Malto is intended as a daily carbohydrate supplement for athletes and exercisers. During long-term performance: Mix a dose (50 g) of MALTO powder in one liter of water and drink in 2.5 dl portions every 15 minutes throughout the workout. If necessary, mix 1-2 g of salt in the portion to replace the salt lost via perspiration. During gym training: Mix a dose (50 g) of MALTO powder and Leader Performance Whey Protein or Soy Protein powder. Start drinking half an hour before the workout, drink throughout the workout.
