Keitä 4 minuuttia ja jäähdytä ruoka nopeasti noin 70asteeseen,muuten tärkkelys vaikuttaa edelleen. |

Koka i 4 minuter och häll upprätten ur grytan så att temperaturen fortast möjligt faller till cirka 70 °C, annars fortsätter stärkelsen att verka. |
