Versatile Mestari dry potatoes are concentrated potatoes in form of cakes, granules, puree powder and puree granules. Products can be used as an ingredient for potato purees, puree casseroles, soups, pie basins and other baking. Mestari Instant Mashed potato powder is milk-free and gluten-free. Add only water.

Potatoes (>89 %, Finland) salt, dextrose (corn), partially hardened rapeseed oil, yeast extract, , emulsifier (E471), stabilizer (E450), antioxidant (E300), acidity regulators (E331, E330), color (E160a), aroma (butter). The salt content of mashed potatoes prepared in accordance with the instructions is 0,5 %.

Preparation instructions (Fin) | 1. Kuumenna vesi lähes kiehuvaksi (85 °C). 2. Lisää perunasosejauhde nopeasti sekoittaen. Neste imeytyy tasaisesti ja soseesta tulee kuohkea. HUOM! Soseen vahvuutta voi muunnella lisäämällä vettä tai perunasosejauhetta. Halutessa soseen makua voi täydentää lisäämällä rasvaa tau maustamalla sose maun mukaan. 1 l perunasosejauhetta = 670 g 1 kg perunasosejauhetta = 1,5 l |
