These multigrain flakes contain rye, oats, wheat, and barley, and they combine all the good qualities of Finnish grains to produce a tasty and soft porridge. If you add some extra protein, for example cottage cheese, to your porridge, you'll go a long way. The product is high in fibre and has the Hyvää Suomesta - Produce of Finland swan mark of origin and the Heart Symbol. The package can be recycled as cardboard.
