Myllyn Paras Hiivaleipäjauho yeast bread wheat flour is made from the part of the wheat kernel closest to the husk during the wheat milling process. Yeast bread wheat flour contains the nutrient-rich parts of the grain, which make the flour darker and more fibrous than semi-coarse wheat flour.
